Access is given with a keycode that will work as long as tenant is not passed 20 days late. If that occurs once payment is made and up to date keycode will immediately become active.

No, but we do allow moving and transportation companies on site to accomodate our tenants whether coming or going.

We do charge a one time nonrefundable $15 cleaning deposit, when you move out just take your personal effectss and we will do the rest.

We have intrusion detection with modern, high definition video surveillance, we have a security officer on site through the evening and during the day our team is here checking for the property for any problems, we are a fully gated and fenced facility with high visibility lighting.
